REFUND POLICY

All returns at Homeland Furnishings are handled at the Piarco Plaza location. Furniture items come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Within seven days after the purchase date, non-furniture items may be returned to our Piarco Plaza location. Returning merchandise requires that it be unopened and in its original packaging. The returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We don’t accept returns unless the product you bought is defective. If an item you receive is defective, kindly get in touch with us and clarify the item and the defect. Please refer to the contact details at the bottom of the page.

We will thoroughly inspect the returned item once we get it and let you know if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you are eligible for a refund or a replacement, you can decide whether you want the products replaced perhaps with item(s) of equal worth, or you can have your funds refunded as a credit note. The credit note you would be given is good for three months.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
