How Refunds Are Issued
At Homeland Furnishings, all returns are done at our Piarco Plaza branch. You have a 30 day warranty against manufacturers’ defect on Furniture Items. Non-furniture items can be returned to our Piarco Plaza branch within 7 days from the purchase date. Items being returned must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must also accompany the returned items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days from the purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order minus any bank charges which may be applicable.
We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. *Please see contact information at the bottom of the page.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
If you are entitled to a refund or a replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price minus any bank charges which may be applicable, using the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If it is a cheque refund, there may be a waiting period of up to two (2) weeks.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
